Everyone is Welcome is the NT's initiative and policy co-produced with our public-facing teams to build an inclusive culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
On this form you can report unacceptable behaviour from members of the public including abusive, inappropriate and discriminatory behaviour.
All reports go to the Director of People and Culture, the Head of Visitor Engagement & Operations and the Director of Customer Experience and Commercial Operations.
The information in your report will be treated confidentially and in line with our privacy notice.
Report with your contact details and if you would like us to, we will follow up with you within 2 working days to find out more. We will discuss with you possible follow-up actions that we might take and what support you and anyone-else affected might need.
Report anonymously and we will use the information to map trends and inform preventative work around unacceptable behaviour. Please note you won’t get a response to your report unless you activate the 2-way messaging at the end of the process and then we will send you a follow-up message within 2 working days.
